• .75oz Anchos Reyes

• .75oz Lime Juice

• .5oz Ginger Syrup

• Soda Water

• Shake all ingredients, excluding the soda water, in a shaking tin

• Strain into collins glass full of pebble ice

• Garnish with fresh lime wheel, red chili and mint sprig
